Syn. Rhipsalis tonduzi
4 inch pot
Evolved over time from its origins, Jungle Cacti from South America lost most of their spines and developed a more tender, succulent-like foliage. Rhipsalis pentaptera, also seen as Rhipsalis tonduzi, is an epiphytic plant found in Brazil and Paraguay. Their stiff and bright green stems branch outwards rather than hanging pendulously. Plant collectors love this cactus for its wide variety of foliage and dainty, white flowers that later develop into unsweetened, edible pink or white berries.
