Rhipsalis prismatica

Rhipsalis prismatica is an epiphytic cactus native to Brazil and other parts of South America. It is commonly known as the Prismatic Chain Cactus for its unique, clustered form. Its stems are up to two feet long and have many three-angled, green segments with white spines. The stems are joined together by small, white flowers that bloom in the spring and summer. Rhipsalis prismatica is a slow-growing, evergreen cactus with a sprawling habit, making it a great choice for hanging baskets or trailing over the edges of a pot. Its unique, clustered form makes it a great addition to any cacti collection.
