Our most common questions explained.

How do I shop in person? Schedule an in person shopping appointment at our greenhouses on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Each appointment allows up to 4 people in your group. A $5 deposit holds your time and will be applied to your final purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us with at least a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment to be eligible for a refund. As per state requirements, a mask is required to be worn at all times during your visit.

What is your return policy?  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order. We are happy to help. 

When will I receive my plants?  We ship previous week’s orders from Monday to Wednesday each week. Tracking information will be provided to you when we print labels. All orders are shipped USPS priority shipping which includes $50 insurance with USPS.

How about heat packs? From November to March, we include heat packs for free in all boxes.

Unpacking Instructions

  • Unpack your box by gently removing taped plants from the box.
  • Remove wrapping paper, plastic bag, and shredded paper.
  • Hydrate your new plants, if needed.
  • Allow up to 2 weeks for plants to acclimate and recover from shipping before repotting. (NOTE: From November to Spring, we recommend waiting to repot)

Local Delivery? We offer free delivery to Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Portland, OR as well as Vancouver, WA. Deliveries are made on Saturdays.

Local Pick Up? Customers can pick up their orders at the greenhouses on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 2pm. We will reach out to schedule a time with you, if you select this option at checkout.

My plant looks different from the picture.  Since we grow 1000s of plants, we do our best to photograph a plant as close to the one you will receive. All photos are our own. However, plant(s) may appear different in shape and size than the one photographed for the listing.
