Our most common questions explained.

How do I shop in person? Shop at the greenhouses Thursday to Monday from 10am to 2pm. For the safety of our team and customers, we require a mask to be worn at all times during a visit.

What is your return policy?  We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order. We are happy to help. 

 
When will I receive my plants?  We ship previous week’s orders on Mondays. Tracking information will be provided to you when we print labels. All orders are shipped USPS priority shipping which includes $50 insurance with USPS.


How about heat packs? From November to March, we include heat packs for free in all boxes.


Unpacking Instructions

  • Unpack your box by gently removing taped plants from the box.
  • Remove wrapping paper, plastic bag, and shredded paper.
  • Hydrate your new plants, if needed.
  • Allow up to 2 weeks for plants to acclimate and recover from shipping before repotting. (NOTE: From November to Spring, we recommend waiting to repot)

Local Delivery? We offer free delivery to Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Portland, OR as well as Vancouver, WA. Deliveries are made on Saturdays.


Local Pick Up? Customers can pick up their orders at the greenhouses on Thursday to Monday from 10am to 2pm.


My plant looks different from the picture.  Each plant is unique in shape and size and may appear different than the one that is pictured. We photograph our plants to match as closely with the one you will receive.
