Our most common questions explained.

How do I shop in person? Schedule an in-person shopping appointment at the greenhouses on Friday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday, or Sunday from 10am - 4pm. Each appointment allows up to 4 people in a group. A $5 deposit holds your time and will be applied to your final purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for a refund. For the safety of our team and customers, we require a mask to be worn at all times during a visit.

What is your return policy?  We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order. We are happy to help. 

 
When will I receive my plants?  We ship previous week’s orders from Monday to Wednesday each week. Tracking information will be provided to you when we print labels. All orders are shipped USPS priority shipping which includes $50 insurance with USPS.


How about heat packs? From November to March, we include heat packs for free in all boxes.


Unpacking Instructions

  • Unpack your box by gently removing taped plants from the box.
  • Remove wrapping paper, plastic bag, and shredded paper.
  • Hydrate your new plants, if needed.
  • Allow up to 2 weeks for plants to acclimate and recover from shipping before repotting. (NOTE: From November to Spring, we recommend waiting to repot)

Local Delivery? We offer free delivery to Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Portland, OR as well as Vancouver, WA. Deliveries are made on Saturdays.


Local Pick Up? Customers can pick up their orders at the greenhouses on Friday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday, and Sunday from 10am - 4pm. We will reach out to schedule a time with you, if you select this option at checkout.


My plant looks different from the picture.  Each plant is unique in shape and size and may appear different than the one that is pictured. We photograph our plants to match as closely with the one you will receive.
