Hoya shepherdii is a tropical evergreen vine native to India and Southeast Asia. It has long, slender, thick, waxy leaves that are dark green in color and can reach up to approximately 4 inches in length. Its fragrant white flowers have a star-like shape and are about 1 inch in diameter. Hoya shepherdii prefers bright, indirect light and should be watered when the soil is dry to the touch. It prefers a well-draining potting soil with plenty of organic matter. This plant has a vining habit and can be trained to climb or left to trail over the edge of its pot. With proper care, it will reward you with beautiful blooms throughout the year!
