Hoya sp. aff. burtoniae is a tropical evergreen vine native to Southeast Asia. It has thick, leathery leaves that are dark green in color and have a waxy texture. Its reddish clustered flowers have a light, sweet fragrance. Hoya sp. aff. burtoniae prefers bright indirect light and should be watered when the soil is dry to the touch. It prefers well-draining potting soil that is high in organic matter, such as peat moss or coco coir mixed with perlite or sand for aeration. Hoya sp. aff. burtoniae has a vining habit and can be trained to grow up trellises or along walls for an attractive display of foliage and flowers.
