Jade Crosby

Jade Crosby, also known as Crassula ovata 'Jade Crosby', is a beautiful and easy-to-care-for succulent plant. This cultivar originated from the Crassula ovata species and is native to South Africa.

Jade Crosby typically grows up to 6 inches tall and wide, with thick and fleshy green leaves that have a glossy finish. The leaves are oval-shaped, slightly curved, and have a unique red margin that adds a pop of color. In the spring, this plant produces small white or pink flowers that grow in clusters.

This succulent is a great addition to any home or office, as it requires minimal maintenance and can thrive in a variety of lighting conditions. It can be used as a tabletop plant, in a hanging basket, or as part of a succulent garden. Its compact size and attractive leaves make it a popular choice for indoor gardening enthusiasts.

Plant Care

This succulent plant prefers bright, indirect sunlight and well-draining soil. It can tolerate periods of drought and is best watered when the soil has completely dried out. Overwatering can lead to root rot and other problems, so it's important to let the soil dry out before watering again. Jade Crosby can be grown in a variety of potting soils, as long as they are well-draining and don't hold onto moisture for too long. A mix of cactus soil and perlite or coarse sand is ideal.
